ACA Morning Check-In
7:00 am – 8:00 am EST
The Tuesday 7 am meeting is a check-in meeting. The meeting encourages members to use the Feelings Wheel, but it’s also OK to just bring up what’s going on or what needs attention right now. It’s a “start the day” meeting.
Workplace Laundry List
9:00 pm – 10:00 pm EST
Without working on our own personal recovery, we easily take the patterns and roles we learned at home into the “workplace”. We use the term workplace in this meeting to mean anywhere outside the home; school, parent playgroups, retirement communities, etc. We risk taking our “childhood patterns” and false perceptions of ourselves into our working lives. Awareness of these patterns is integral to recovery. The more we recognize the unhealthy roles we play, the more opportunities we have for change.
This meeting meets in the WeAgnostics meeting room on Tuesday’s at 9PM EST.
